Great teppanyaki spot in Alameda very roomy and they also have bbq in there also. Service is fast and the food was good Ordered the samurai which was lobster and steak 5/5 Miso soup no joke the best i ever had 5/5 The sushi wasnt the greatest but i still enjoyed it Definitely coming back to try the vast menu they got.
My very time here and I felt very comfortable as soon as I was welcomed by the hostess. The environment very pleasant. The waiter, Nicholas very polite. The food was awesome! Bring your healthy appetite! I love the variety, the flavors, everything! It was worth the trip from Livermore!
The place is a little gimmicky and yet a fun place to celebrate birthdays. Looked like nearly all the table were birthday parties. Our server was Kathy and Jessie was the chef. Both did good. Decent food and I guess the entertainment justifies the high prices. Long list {~60?} martinis! Plenty of food in the Teppenyaki dinners which are, obviously, cooked to order. The thousand islands (yum-yum?) dressing and the hot sauce need improvement. Overall, a loud place where the grill is the center piece and conversation is secondary.
After not coming back for a while, my honey and I decided to have dinner here as we used to love Shirasoni. I must say they were amazing! Food was delicious and cooked to perfection! Service was great, we were greeted as soon as we walked in and our server was really nice as well. I will be coming back again for dinner because everything was really good!
This is my second time here for lunch for Father's Day. And my bartender . Ryan.was excellent.my food came out fast and was hot . And the vibe is nice . So it's a nice restaurant to have lunch or dinner. We ate at the bar. It was busy. And the bar was open seating. So the bar is a great place to sit if you do have a party of 3 or more .
The place is pretty big !!! The waiters were very nice but confused me why 2 but the other one didn't take the other couples order.and was just looking at us .. maybe in training who knows ..but anywayzzz!! The chef came out to cook and entertained us while he cooked and he was really good ... my 1st time here at this one but I now know how to ask for more garlic butter on my food while he cooks .. I would go back ... it's very convenient and located where Alameda is having plenty of shops and new little small shopping area..
Always love this place Never fails me Hibachi is good Hibachi chefs are always fun and interactive. They're alot of sushi roll options that make you want to keep coming back to try them all
